As our clients equipment reaches the end of its guarantee period, we ensure that we continue to be responsible for our products and encourage clients to take out a bespoke maintenance contract with us. Though this maintenance contract, we include a number of inspection visits per year, at which time we carry out a host of in depth tests to your plant.
We understand the time critical factors involved in controlled cold environment storage equipment issues and large value of stored items at risk. With a strong pool of technicians and specialist available, our maintenance team can be on site fast.
Should be minor repairs be necessary to maintain the operation efficiency at the time of inspection, all labor and mileage will be covered by the maintenance contract. In addition, should our client require us at any other time through the contract period, all laborer and mileage will again be covered by the maintenance contract.
